Our baby is 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Braydon turned 5 on Monday and is still celebrating!! He a bit too quick to remind me of his age which makes me tear up still :( We had a family party in Cambridge last weekend, a fun filled day on Monday (his actual bday), and plan to wrap it all up with a friends swimming party this afternoon! Jason is hoping his birthday celebration lasts this long! I will post pics asap (I have the camera tucked away in my swim bag ready for the party).

Where are we at 5?
We have our check up tomorrow so I will have exact stats then, but Braydon is HUGE! We measured him today at 48 inches. I am not sure where that ranks with other 5 year olds, but in comparison to his friends, classmates, and teammates (a 6 & 7 year old soccer team), B tends to be a head taller than everyone. I gues it is better than taking after me and being much shorter than most people :)

B is in his second year of preschool and still hasn't decided if he loves or hates school. There are days he can't wait to go and others he'd rather stay home. He knows his alphabet and is starting to learn letter sounds. He REALLY wants to learn to read. His favorite part of school is the large muscle room and playing! My fav is hearing the stories and songs he learns at chapel.

Favorite toys - leapster, anyting spiderman or transformer, bike, skateboard

Favorite pastimes - playing with Lily (he LOVES being a big brother), playing with Benny boo
Favorite Song - anything on the radio - he knows them all

Dear Lord, thank you for an amazing 5 years. Braydon is such a precious gift! Please guide Braydon and help him to grow both pysically and spirtually. Help us to teach him of Your everlasting love! Amen.
